As students at Western University, Christian and Brock were living the full college lifestyle. After many late nights out they discovered one frustrating constant: the same overpriced white sneakers that everyone wears were getting ruined every weekend.

Sitting at a bar in downtown London in 2024, they decided to take matters into their own hands. Their mission was simple: create sneakers that looked great, felt comfortable, and didn't cost a fortune. They called their new venture Būz Shoes.

From there, they designed their first model, the NOMAD V1, a minimalist, vegan, and water-resistant sneaker built for comfort and designed to match every outfit and go anywhere—all for just $70 CA.
